Tshilis offers restaurant, car wash, beauty spa, laundry and tailor services. Tshilis is a gradually growing, reputable and dependable franchise in Southern Africa. The founder, Tshilidzi Nemutandani opened the first restaurant in Noordwyk, Midrand in 2008.
